Introduction¶
This site has been setup as a way to document my journey across multiple interests.
I have always been interested in Astro Photography and Music, but DevOps is something I would like to apply more to my day life as a QA.
As a QA I am looking to increase my knowledge in DevOps, given my interest in automating everything, to help drive better ways to problem solve, increasing productivity and efficiencies with my teams at work. I am using this site specifically to document my learnings, solidify my understandings and help track where I am and what more I need to learn. I have setup a HomeLab which I will use to document everything, taking notes for my future self (or others) and give myself a reference point as to how I am going.
This also applies to my interest in Astro Photography. I have always been interested in Astronomy and would love to do an AstroPhysics degree but that costs, takes time, and I have a life (so it can wait for retirement).
Finally, I have always been interested in music since I was a kid first hearing Jimi Hendrix and Led Zepplin. I have been in bands since my teens and want to put a little time into documenting the past (that I remember, yes I have stories) and what I am doing currently, including the technology and tools I was, and am using now.
